The project involves additions and alterations of an existing school, changed into an office space. The client requested an intimate modern office space. With this project’s scope most of the existing internal walls were demolished to achieve the intimacy between the spaces around the office. The building now consist of an entrance foyer that links the two separate wings which were existing on site. The entrance foyer acts as a link to the rest of the site as well, leading out to the back landscaped garden, which serves as an outdoor relaxation area for the staff at Basadzi Group. The exterior of the building was revamped with hints of design elements to give it a modernistic feel.
