The project is a newly proposed residence in Waterfall Country Village showcases intimacy in its design and a home open plan feel to it. The client requested a family home that comes fully equipped with entertainment for family and friends. This house consist of a triple garage.

The kitchen, dining and the lounge being open plan to achieve the intimacy between the spaces, however a double volume with high level windows creates an ambience within the living spaces. The lounge opens out to a covered entertainment space that has a braai area and leads out to the swimming pool.
